Exhibition logistics is deadline work with a fixed venue and a fixed window. Our part is the dedicated-van leg: one driver, one vehicle, collected from your office, warehouse, printer or stand builder within the hour, driven direct to the venue loading bay inside the delivery window, and handed to your team against a signature and a photo. Breakdown collections are booked the same way.

An event courier by dedicated van covers the pieces of an event that have to be somewhere at a fixed time:
An exhibition courier job starts with the venue’s rules: delivery windows, marshalling yards, hall and stand numbers, and whether a vehicle pass is needed. We ask for the exhibitor manual details when you book, and the driver follows them. Collection of the stand and kit at breakdown is booked the same way, often for the same evening.

Major venues control vehicle access: ExCeL London, Olympia London and the NEC Birmingham each publish delivery windows, marshalling procedures and vehicle-pass rules in the exhibitor manual, and goods are accepted only within them. The driver follows the venue’s traffic marshals and signs the venue’s goods-in record as well as ours. Venue guidance is published on each venue’s website.

The dedicated-van leg is priced like any job: £40 for the first 10 miles then £1.25 per mile in a car or small van, or £60 then £1.80 per mile in a long wheelbase or Luton van for stands, furniture and pallets, plus VAT, measured from collection to the venue. Build-day delivery and breakdown collection are quoted together.
Yes. Give us the hall, stand number and the delivery window from the exhibitor manual, plus any vehicle-pass or marshalling details, and the driver follows the venue’s procedure to the loading bay. Southgate to ExCeL is about 15 miles; to Olympia about 14; to the NEC about 115, often run overnight for a morning build.
Yes. Breakdown collections are booked with the delivery, for the time the hall opens to vehicles after close. The driver waits in the marshalling yard, loads the stand, kit and leftover stock against your list, photographs it, and takes it back to your warehouse or stand builder the same night.
Call 020 8202 2008 and the replacement is collected within 30 to 45 minutes across London and the Home Counties and driven straight to the stand. One job per driver, no other stops. The banner, laptop or box of literature is usually on the stand within two to three hours across London.
Yes. Cases and screens travel as your AV team packed them, secured in a dedicated van with nothing stacked on them, never transferred or left in a depot. The driver photographs the load at collection and delivery. Tell us the case count and sizes so we send the right vehicle.
Yes. The driver collects the evening before, drives through the night and is in the venue’s marshalling yard when the hall opens, at the same per-mile rate as daytime. It is the usual way kit from London reaches the NEC, Manchester Central or the SEC in Glasgow. See our overnight courier page.
