Each job is one van and one driver. The driver checks labels and quantities against your paperwork at collection, drives direct to the customer, takes a signature and a photo on handover, and the proof of delivery is texted to you.

Yes. Give us the list of addresses and we plan one route in one van with one driver, and quote it as a single job. Every drop gets a signature and a photo, and you receive the proof of delivery by text for each one. See our multi drop delivery page for regular rounds.
Every van is GPS tracked throughout the job and our two operators, on the phones 24 hours a day, call with updates as the driver collects, travels and delivers. We can call you, your customer, or both. On handover the recipient signs, the driver photographs the delivery, and the proof is texted.
The driver is with you within 30 to 45 minutes of booking across London and the Home Counties, or 45 minutes to an hour elsewhere in the UK, 24 hours a day including weekends. For planned work, book the day before and the van arrives at the agreed time. Message WhatsApp 07507 612919 to set it up.
