Yes. The driver is with you within 30 to 45 minutes of booking across London and the Home Counties, or 45 minutes to an hour elsewhere in the UK, and drives straight to the delivery address. One job per driver, so your furniture is never stacked with other customers’ loads or moved through a depot.

Yes, and it is one of the most common jobs. Send us the seller’s postcode, your postcode and a photo of the item. We collect from the seller, check the condition before loading, and deliver to you with a signed and photographed proof of delivery. The seller only needs to be in when the driver arrives.
No. We move single items and small loads: one sofa, a dining table and chairs, a wardrobe, a few boxes, or a shop’s delivery to a customer. A full house move needs a removals firm with a crew. If you are not sure which you need, call 020 8202 2008 and describe the load.
