Overnight is one way of achieving next day. Next day means collected today, delivered tomorrow by an agreed time; overnight means the van actually travels through the night, which is how we meet early-morning deadlines on long runs. Shorter runs are usually collected and delivered on the same day instead.
Yes. Two operators answer 020 8202 2008 around the clock. Across London and the Home Counties the driver is with you within 30 to 45 minutes of booking, whatever the time; elsewhere in the UK, 45 minutes to an hour. Weekends and bank holidays are the same.
