Secure courier services for documents rest on three things: the envelope or box is sealed when the driver collects it, it is the only thing in the vehicle, and it is handed only to the named recipient, who signs, while the driver photographs the handover. Court filing deadlines, visa centre opening hours and tender submission rules are set by the receiving body and are absolute; tell us the cut-off and we confirm it can be met before booking. Documents containing personal data are handled in line with UK GDPR: sealed, unattended at no point, and released only to the named recipient. HM Courts & Tribunals Service publishes counter hours for each court.

Most document runs across London are inside the flat first-10-miles charge: £40 plus VAT in a car or small van. Beyond 10 miles it is £1.25 per mile, measured from collection to delivery. There is no surcharge for urgency, evenings or weekends. A run from Holborn to Richmond, about 10 miles, is £40 plus VAT.
Yes. The driver is with you within 30 to 45 minutes of booking across London and the Home Counties and goes straight to the court counter, where the bundle is handed over against the court’s receipt and our driver’s photo. Give us the filing cut-off when you call 020 8202 2008 and we confirm it can be met.
Yes, when you ask for it. The driver will not release the package to reception or a colleague; they wait for the named recipient, take their signature and a photo of the handover, and the proof of delivery is texted to you. If the recipient is not there, the driver phones you before doing anything else.
Yes. Passports, visa applications and supporting documents travel sealed in a dedicated vehicle and are delivered to the visa centre, embassy or applicant against a signature. Visa centres and embassies set their own opening hours and drop-off rules, so tell us which one and we check the window before booking.
The document is the only consignment in the vehicle, the driver goes straight from collection to delivery with no other stops, the vehicle is GPS tracked throughout, and the package is never left unattended. One driver handles the job from your door to the recipient’s signature.
Yes. Two operators answer 020 8202 2008 24 hours a day, including weekends and bank holidays, and the rate is the same at 10pm as at 10am. For an early-morning court filing in another city, the driver can collect the evening before and deliver when the counter opens; see our overnight courier page.
