Our ecommerce courier service is not a replacement for your parcel carrier on everyday orders; it is the service for the orders that matter more than the postage: the customer who paid for same day, the replacement for a damaged delivery, the large or fragile item a network would surcharge or break, and the order that missed the cut-off. Consumer orders are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013: the retailer is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the consumer, which is why a signed, photographed proof of delivery matters. Your name, not ours, is on the job if you want it that way.

Yes. Tell us when you book and the driver introduces the delivery as yours, carries your paperwork, and the proof of delivery goes to you to forward to the customer. The driver can phone the customer ahead of arrival if you give us their number.

Yes. Give us the 3PL’s address, opening hours and the reference they need, and the driver collects within 30 to 45 minutes across London and the Home Counties, or within the hour elsewhere. The driver checks the order against your paperwork before leaving the warehouse.
We collect returns from your customer’s address and bring them back to your stockroom or 3PL in the same dedicated van, with the item checked at collection and a photo of its condition. It suits large, fragile or high-value returns that cannot go to a drop-off shop.
Every van is GPS tracked and our operators phone with updates. If you give us the customer’s number, the driver calls ahead so someone is in. On handover the customer signs, the driver takes a photo, and the proof of delivery is texted to you to pass on.
