Patient-identifiable records fall under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018: they travel sealed, are never left unattended, and are handed only to the named recipient against a signature. Samples are carried as UN3373 Category B under the ADR. NHS and UKHSA guidance on specimen transport applies to sample work. We do not carry temperature-controlled or Category A consignments.

Sealed at collection, carried in a dedicated vehicle with nothing else on board, never left unattended, and handed only to the named recipient against a signature and a photo of the handover. The proof of delivery is texted to you. That meets the duty of care your organisation has under UK GDPR for records in transit.
Yes, at ambient temperature: prescriptions, dispensed medicines and pharmacy stock between pharmacies, wards, care homes and patients. Controlled drugs and cold-chain medicines need arrangements agreed with you first; we do not have refrigerated vehicles.
Yes. Daily or weekly runs between hospital sites, clinics, a central pharmacy or a laboratory are quoted as one job and run with the same drivers. Tell us the sites, times and paperwork on WhatsApp 07507 612919 and we will send a price. There is no minimum volume and no contract.
Yes. Samples travel as UN3373 Category B: the driver checks the P650 packaging and markings before accepting them and keeps them upright and secured. Equipment and records are checked for quantity and condition against your paperwork. Both get the same dedicated vehicle, GPS tracking and signed, photographed handover.
