Print is also easily damaged, so it travels flat, dry and secured, as the only load in the vehicle, and the driver checks the boxes and pallets against the delivery note before leaving the press.

It travels as the finisher packed it, on its pallets or in its boxes, strapped in a dedicated van with nothing stacked on top, and it is not left outside or transferred between vehicles. The driver photographs the load at collection and at delivery so any damage claim is settled by the pictures.
Yes. A proof run across London is usually inside the flat first-10-miles charge of £40 plus VAT, collected within 30 to 45 minutes of booking. The driver can wait for the signed proof and bring it straight back; waiting time is agreed when you book. Call 020 8202 2008.
Yes. Give us the mailing house’s goods-in hours and booking reference, and the driver delivers the pallets or boxes to the dock, has the count signed for, and photographs the handover. The proof of delivery is texted to you so the job can be invoiced the same day.
Yes. The driver collects from the press in the evening, drives through the night and delivers when the venue or client opens, at the same per-mile rate as daytime. It is the usual way print reaches the NEC, Manchester or Scotland for a next-morning build. See our overnight courier page.
