No. A quote is just the price for the job you describe. Nothing is booked and no driver is sent until you confirm. If the job changes before it starts, for example a second collection address or a bigger item, we tell you the new price before going ahead.
Yes. Our prices are quoted plus VAT, which is standard for business couriers because most customers reclaim it. A car or small van is £40 for the first 10 miles then £1.25 a mile; a long wheelbase or Luton van is £60 then £1.80 a mile. The quote states the vehicle and the miles it is based on.
Photos let us pick the right vehicle first time. Two items described the same way can need a small van or a Luton, and furniture, machinery and pallets are easier to judge from a picture. You can attach up to five photos to the form, or send them on WhatsApp.
Yes. We collect and deliver anywhere in mainland UK and Northern Ireland, with 30 drivers across the country. Outside London and the Home Counties the driver is with you within 45 minutes to an hour of booking. Give us both postcodes and the price covers the whole journey.
The job is booked and a driver is sent straight away, or at the time you asked for. The driver checks the goods at collection, drives direct to the delivery address and hands over against a signature and a photo, which is texted to you. Our operators phone you with updates on the way.
