Yes. At collection the driver checks labels, quantities and condition against your paperwork before accepting the goods, then loads and secures them. At delivery the recipient signs, the driver takes a photo, and the proof of delivery is texted to you. One job per driver, so your consignment is never mixed with another customer’s.
Yes. The team has carried biological samples and medical consignments under direct contracts for national courier networks, following UN3373 packaging rules and chain-of-custody paperwork.
